SERVICES OFFERED ON THE SITE
The purpose of the Site is to present, sell and promote the products of the Publisher, Les Gugus, in particular handcrafted plush toys made in France (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).
These Services include the possibility for the User to purchase one or more products marketed by the Publisher.
To do so, the User must refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale provided.

ACCEPTANCE OF CGU
Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with the GCU. Such acceptance and compliance are deemed to have been given by the User on opening the Site.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Site, the Services and the GCU at any time and without prior notice, in particular to adapt to changes in the Site by making new features available or deleting or modifying existing features.

The user, if he wishes to use mediation, must justify having attempted, beforehand, to resolve his dispute directly to the Publisher by a written complaint according to the terms provided for in article 4 of the CGU.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
CGUs are governed by French law.
In the event of contestation on the validity, interpretation and/or execution of CGUs, and in the absence of amicable resolution or recourse to mediation, or in the event of mediation failure, said dispute will be subject to the competent court Pursuant to the rules issued by the Code of Civil Procedure and by the Consumer Code. The consumer may seize either one of the territorially competent jurisdictions under the Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where he remained at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the harmful fact.
